At Broma Information Technology, we've done our best to create a Website that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Q:  Do you outsource any services or products?                                                                  A:  All work is done in our offices or at the customer's location.

Q:  What are your hours for support?                                                                                   A:  We supply normal work hour support using eastern standard time. 24 hour support based on specific contract requirements is available.

SALES                                                                                                                                  Q:  I don’t see any pricing on your site. How can I determine what the cost will be for services rendered?                                                                                                              A:  Pricing is determined based on need, solutions and resource requirement. 

SUPPORT
Q:  What if I need after hour access to one of my servers?                                                 
A:  Someone is available to grant you entry to the facility.  If you can schedule the work we will appreciate it. We do not let anyone have access without a Broma employee present.

BILLING
Billing is handled using a net 30 system

PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC
Q:  Why don’t I see references listed anywhere?                                                                 A:  Because of the privacy concerns we have we do not list our clients on the website. We would be more than happy to discuss our work with you in person.
