Broma Recorder System
The Broma Recorder System is a completely integrated software package for the specialized
work of the
County Recorder. The Recorder is responsible for the retention of all
documents associated with property, as well as other forms of documents such as liens,
living wills, powers of attorney and military records.
Overall, there are over 150 document
types that are the responsibility of
the Recorder’s Office.
Weatherization
The Broma Weatherization System (BWS) is production and reporting software designed to allow
local government and non-profit agencies to more easily manage their Home
Weatherization Assistance Programs (HWAP), along with partnering utility programs.
Our software will track your client details, data collection information gathered
upon inspection, and will let you monitor the work performed in these units,
whether by contractors or crews. BWS
also includes the
State required reports and other internal reports to help you
watch your program costs more closely.
